We recommend you choose the size of your nightie from the above chest measurements. For example, if you measure 38 in / 96 cm around the chest then we suggest you choose size 12. The nighties are designed to be quite loose fitting.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Secretly Hidden will exchange or refund all garments that do not meet your expectations and size requirements. Items will be exchanged or money refunded provided that garments have been returned within 14 days of you receiving them.
Garments must be returned unworn and unwashed to receive any refund or exchange.

Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of the return garments. Refunded monies will be sent to the customer in the form of a cheque payment.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY
Secretly Hidden will not accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, such as industrial strikes, acts of nature.

All colours of garments shown in the brochure and on the website are reproduced as accurately as possible. Due to computer picture resolution the colours shown may vary slightly to the actual garment.

All orders are subject to availability of stock and materials. Should any items be sold out and the required order not be fulfilled, the customer will be notified immediately by telephone, email or mail. An alternative will be offered or the payment refunded.

Payment will be accepted in the following forms – cheque, money order, visa card, mastercard, bankcard and direct deposit. You will not be charged any additional amount for credit card payments.
